拉布拉多尋回獵犬再一次蟬聯最受歡迎犬種!近日，在new pet care space的新聞發布會上,AKC（美國養犬俱樂部）宣布,據這個全國最大的純種狗註冊處統計,聰明的、對家庭友好的拉布拉多巡迴獵犬牢牢占據著最受歡迎犬種第一的位置，打破了連續26 年的紀錄。
拉布拉多尋回犬繼續統治美國的狗狗。羅威納犬在過去的十年已經慢慢地上升。自信、忠誠和熱情的羅威納犬在2016年最受歡迎的品種排在第八位,是繼1997年第二位以後的最高排名。在過去的十年中羅威納犬上升9個位次,準備東山再起。

Labrador Retriever Leads The PackAs Most Popular For 26th Year
The LabradorRetriever does it again! In a press conference today at itsnew pet care space, AKC Canine Retreat, the American Kennel Club (AKC®), thenation’s largestpurebred dog registry, announced that the intelligent, family friendly Labfirmly holds on to the number one spot on the most popular list for arecord-breaking 26thconsecutive year.
While the Labrador Retrievercontinues its reign as America’s dog, the Rottweiler has been slowly butsurely rising up the list over the past decade. The confident, loyal andloving Rottie was the eighth most popular breed in 2016, its highest rankingsince landing at number two in 1997. The Rottweiler has risen ninespots over the past decade and is poised for a comeback.
「The Labrador Retrieverhas a strong hold on the top spot, and doesn』t showsigns of giving it up anytime soon,」 said AKC VicePresident Gina DiNardo. 」The Lab is such aversatile dog that it’s no wonder it makes a greatcompanion for a variety of lifestyles. Keep your eye on the Rottweiler,though. It’s been quietly winning hearts over thepast decade.」
In addition to the country’s most popular, terriers were onthe move in 2016. The Russell Terrier jumped asubstantial 14 spots (104th to 90th), the Rat Terrier rosefive spots (101st to 96th), the Parson Russell Terrier rosetwo spots (111th to 109th) and the Dandie DinmontTerrier jumped five spots (172nd to 167th).
